In 2016, under the brand name westermann products, WESTERMANN transferred its many years of know-how in high-quality interior design to the development and production of functional furniture series and room-forming elements.

For us, the founding of westermann products was the logical consequence of our long-standing collaboration with customers from various sectors, including administration, industry, services and educational institutions. In these areas we have successfully implemented numerous projects for daycare centers, primary schools, secondary schools, universities and libraries.

For the first time, we have had the CO2 emissions of our entire company accounted for. All areas were broken down and evaluated in detail. Whether employee travel, heating or materials used – overall it becomes clear how much CO2 is emitted, which motivates us to improve. And that is our big goal. It doesn't work without sustainable business, and we can shape the world that we leave to our children and grandchildren.

Optimizing processes, taking new paths and critically questioning our own actions - all of this is anchored in WESTERMANN's DNA and enables us to continuously improve.

In an increasingly decentralized working world, in which self-organization and digital networking predominate and working hours are flexible, the working environment is becoming more important than ever. It not only has to function technically and ergonomically, but also inspires and enables identification.
