What does an environment that facilitates work, exchange and interaction look like? Our project for the Körber Foundation, which is presented in the anthology ‘Lieblingsprojekte’ (Favourite Projects) in the 2024 issue of office +objekt, provides an answer to this question. Together with the planning team, a flexible room concept was implemented for the locations in Hamburg's HafenCity and Hamburg Bergedorf, which focuses on dialogue and interaction.
We used our versatile systems such as the flomo wall, which allows for both openness and seclusion thanks to movable acoustic and room elements, as well as flomo boards and Xbrick® multifunctional furniture. The result: rooms that can be transformed from workplaces to meeting places in no time at all, thus precisely meeting the Körber Foundation's requirements for exchange and versatility.
