Flex desk concept in an open-space office

Flex-Desk-Konzept im Open-Space-Büro

Staffbase, the Chemnitz-based startup and world-leading provider of employee communication apps for large international companies, opened one of the most modern offices in Chemnitz in 2018 to meet the needs of its constantly growing number of employees.

In the new company headquarters, an optimal environment for flexible work structures was created in collaboration with westermann products. Part of the historic building, which was once a factory for textile machines, was converted into a spacious open-space office with 2,000 square meters to provide space for 140 workplaces.

The new office is equipped with a variety of innovative equipment, including flomo boards - mobile whiteboards - and multifunctional furniture such as Xbrick, height-adjustable tables from the motu series as well as flexible acoustic walls and individual retreat rooms that were specially developed by westermann products. This equipment creates ideal conditions for agile work and promotes employee efficiency.
